On January 11, 2025, S.C successfully held the graduation ceremony for PH750 Training Course of 2024 Class: Continuing Diligence without Negligence Leads to Better Tomorrow. We invited many leaders to attend this ceremony for awarding excellent teams and participants. The course of 2024 was constituted by 97 people, which spanned 5 months and contained 80.5 training hours. Its training content ranged from introductory lectures and equipment knowledge to field practice and advanced module.

Bright future is awaiting us. PH750 Training Course is one talent development program in our regular training system for the preparation of S.C’s future development. It is expected to cultivate a group people as practitioners of S.C’s development strategy, innovators of PV industry and pioneers to draw the blueprint of the future, and to inject the new blood in S.C.

This is not only one graduation ceremony for this training course, but also one milestone of S.C’s talent development plan.

Opening speeches: three keywords

At the very beginning, Ms.Han Can, the lead instructor of PH750 training course and the representative of course instructors and the faculty of the School of Materials of Sun Yat-sen University, delivered her opening speech. Mrs.Han used three keywords as her advice, emphasizing the importance of this training course towards S.C and the high expectations from S.C to all participants, namely intrinsic motivation, resilience and cooperation. She hoped that all participants could cultivate their own motivation for better individual development, be dauntless to any hardship and keep pushing boundaries, and work with other team members to achieve great result together, eventually growing into the future cornerstone of S.C with great comprehensive qualities.

GM Yu’s expectations: to be dazzling sika deer with wings flying to the bright future

Heaven favors the diligent, PV industry rewards those with the most sophisticated technology. Mr. Yu Zhong, the general director of this training course and the GM of S.C, expressed his high expectations towards the participants who will serve as the new blood of S.C and PV industry. He stressed the importance of acquired knowledge and to-be-acquired knowledge which are the antler bearing our dream and the antler of our foundation. Only when we deepen our understanding of these two kinds of knowledge and refine our techniques, can we eventually build the web-like mindset, the bottleneck be removed and our wings come into being, then we can strut towards our dreamed future like a dazzling deer.

Awarding and issuance of certificates

The wheat caressed by the breeze shows the right direction,the efforts you have made herald the success. In order to award those outstanding participants during the training and improve the solidarity among all team members, we especially set the awards for excellent story telling, innovative performance, PV leadership, the most knowledgeable, overall excellence, the quick-thinking and so on. In this way, all participants can be evaluated from multiple aspects.

In order to prize the efforts and results of all participants, and improve their belonging and acknowledgement of S.C, we also prepared them great souvenir for graduation.

Passing down through generations, the spirit

 of S.C stays forever: outstanding participants delivered their speeches.

After the awarding ceremony, those outstanding participants were invited to come up to the stage and make speeches. The first one, Lin Xiaojiao, was the representative of employers with Masters’ Degree through campus recruiting in 2024. She said: “with the support of China to self reliance and strength of science and driving by the S.C’s principle of technological innovation, we have learned advanced technologies of PV industry through the PH750 training course, thus deeply understanding why technological innovation is the core competitiveness. The new era has given us the new responsibility and the sparks will shine the light into the future. We are the tiny sparks which will inherit the PV spirit, contributing our strength to low-carbon transition and S.C’s development.”

The second one stepping on the stage, who is the representative of S.C’s excellent talents, is Tan Mengdong. As far as he is concerned, Continuing Diligence without Negligence is not the key of personal code of conduct, but also represents the great expectations from S.C. As this sentence has told us, we should diligently apply all gains from this training course to our works.”

S.C has navigated the PV market during the past 21 years, but its passion still remains unyielding just like one sentence going like “no matter what challenges or obstacles we have met, our blood and passion still stay hot and unyielding.” It is the relentless efforts from generations of contributors that keep our enthusiasm lasting. It is the lasting enthusiasm that helps S.C pave its own PV way. It is the unyielding passion of youths that pave China’s PV road.

Opening a new Chapter: Chairman Zuo Guojun delivered his speech.

Those shining sparks will light up the PV fields. The new generation of PV workers, taking torch from predecessors and holding the kindling, embarked on the journey on the road of PV development.

In order to encourage participants of P750 training course, the Chairman Zuo Guojun came to the stage and delivered his speech. He noticed that the conclusion of this course was not the ending, but the new start for all participants. He hoped that everyone can apply their gains to the daily practices and works in an innovative manner and keep pushing new boundaries with upholding the principle of “knowledge from reading is the knowledge of tool, knowledge of doing is the knowledge of soul. Hopefully, all participants can draw the new painting of S.C innovation on the scroll of new energy with their practices as the brush dipped in the ink of innovation.

“Continuing Diligence without Negligence” came from Book of Changes which is one of the Four Books. The original text goes like : “The noble man is diligent all day and watchful at night —even in danger, no blame.” This allusion serves as the theme of this training course, which bore the wish that all participants can cultivate the habit of diligence. In this way, the great achievement of their own and the great future of S.C can be foreseen, just like the little river turning into the torrent by picking up streams, one person travelling thousands of miles by taking every step.

Strive with passion—we are in the prime of youth.With torches ablaze, we stand at the pinnacle of our potential.The fervor of young minds requires talent scouts to recognize promise, paving the way for remarkable journeys.Through the PH750 training course, our company opens a photovoltaic skylight for these participants,revealing a constellation of opportunities overhead.Thus, the path to pursuing light and ideals draws within reach.
